" On June 16, 2010, I had surgery for stage 3 ovarian cancer. The doctors did not expect me to live. The Lord kept telling me to trust him, and I did. The recovery was 6 months long. During that time, I had six chemo treatments 3 weeks apart. St. Gabriel Catholic Radio was on all day and all night. Sometimes I would awake from sleep and hear the words I needed to hear. It helped me through as I kept my eyes on the Lord, and I was very peaceful. The cancer was a blessing. It brought my family close together, and it brought healing into our marriage. "

"I had one foot in the Church and the other foot on a banana peel until I started listening to St. Gabriel.
I’ve referred AM 820 to my friends and now we all are starting to live our faith and are involved in a Scripture study together."

"St. Gabriel Catholic Radio is the one source in the Diocese where I feel like I’m sitting in the community living room learning about what’s going on in local Catholic Community. I get more news... about parishes, leaders... what’s up in the Catholic community that I feel, for the first time, that I’m informed. St. Gabriel is bringing it all together. You are changing the tenor and tone of the Catholic conversation."

"God used you to find me, His lost sheep. I was lost and now I’m found. I was blind and now I can see. I thank you for the wonderful ministry that you do, and particularly that you do it faithfully, talking about both the bitter and the sweet and not compromising the Truth."

An Inquirer in RCIA
"A few weeks ago I was driving down the highway and saw a Catholic Radio AM 820 bumper sticker on the back of a minivan. I was interested in what Catholic Radio would be like so I switched over. I haven’t changed the dial since that day. I have had so many questions answered and so much positive reinforcement since I have been listening... I want to thank you so much for everything that you do and the constant faith that you help give to and or restore in peoples' lives. You brought Jesus Christ back into my life and I can’t thank you enough. I officially start RCIA in the fall. Thanks again for everything that you do for our Lord and for the Catholic Community."
